Sunway Smart Parking
Sunway Smart Parking is a ticketless, cashless system: your licence plate is scanned automatically at entry and exit, so there’s no ticket to take or lose. You settle up online or at an autopay station before leaving.

How to pay
- Online portal / app – e-wallets (GrabPay, Boost, Touch ‘n Go) and cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Autopay stations – cash, card or Touch ‘n Go
- Touch ‘n Go card readers at exit
- Sunway Pals points can be used towards parking
Preferred parking & EV charging
Preferred bays (Levels CP2 & B1) sit closest to the mall entrances. EV drivers can use ParkEasy Reserve + Shell Recharge – reservable bays with EV chargers at the preferred parking level.
Tips
- Weekdays are cheaper (RM12 cap vs RM15 on weekends) and quieter – arrive before ~11am on weekends to avoid queues.
- Pay via the app or an autopay station before walking back to your car to skip the exit wait.
