Upon exit, it shows that my total duration in the mall is 2 hours 41 mins. But i was charged rm4. Checked on your website that parking is rm2 for 3 hours. Why is that so? I didn’t manage to keep a record of the payment slip but perhaps u can find my car detail : WB9308A.

Hi, I just want to clarify regarding valet parking. My sister Staying at sunway Clio hotel and she park at valet parking and it was paid rm25. Person in charge on that day (16/9/20) said rm25 Is for 1 day till check out time the next day. So my sister asked the jockey/bellman 3 times to reconfirmed whether if we going out and come again can or not? And he said yes can. So after dinner we came back and she want to park at the same place but the person in charge said cannot and if we want to park here again. He asked my sister to pay another rm25!! So total rm50 for valet parking only? Please advice on this. Tq

I parked at Sunway Pinnacle via entrance EN TP B2 L on 16 December circa 12.30pm and the barrier came down too fast and hit the back of my car with number plate VF* 9318. It has chipped the paint on the side rail and also the roller shutter on the back of the pickup truck I was driving. I called the parking management to complain the very next day and they said they will check the CCTV feeds and revert. It’s been almost two weeks now and still no reply. May I Know what is going on?
