Dear Parking Management
I went to 163 lower parking about 11.30 to 12.30. today. I can hardly find a parking lot. It is ridiculous that the management decided to close 2 floors of parking lots (B3 and B10 and dont even bother to block us from entering the level when the whole 2 floors are under renovation. Yet, I dont even see a soul working on the so called ‘renovation’ ! I wasted 30 mins and RM1 parking fees to ronda from floors to floors and still could not find a parking. I left eventually without even going to the mall to buy anything.
Please lah management looks into this and schedule the renovation properly, close the parking lots sections by sections and dont go and close the whole 2 floors causing so much inconvenient to the patrons !!!! From; Very upset patron !
