We paid without fail the parking tickets before expiry
Today car no. WPT6056 was not allowed to enter using the access card
The reason given was card expired, which is very ridiculous
It was very annoying when we had paid from Jan-Mar2021
The security asked us to pay as normal for the parking ticket and asked us to contact management tomorrow
Dont you have any standby personnel to solve this problem immediately
What shall happen if suppose the public holidays goes into few days
You should revamp your working style to cater for 24hrs service problem solving
Jan was plain smooth
Is there anything wrong with your computer system
This is not the 1st time
So we demand for a refund and your guarantee of such situation do not recur and you should be on standby for 24hrs to solve such problems

Everyday without fail the guard will take a piece of paper and stick at parking machines there and it says temporarily not available. But the machines is working fine without any problem.
This id stupid parking ever..The management need to be sued as they scamming the publics for parking..Always the machine under repair and when use card or tng it will decline n ticket machine is also no more..After we want to pay cash 2.00 the stpd guard will say no cash n then open manually..Im sending delivery for years to arcoris daily..Just recently all sudden the stpd parking machine didn accepted my bank card either n all sdn it reducted my tng 52.00.When i go ask management the management answer like dumb asking proof while i showed the timing of tng reduction.She asking stpd question while she the one need to see in the cctv that ur fukin machine is the problem.. .Now they using auto reduct of tng as a way to fool public so that we have no proof if it reduct more .This management fooling the public..Need to sue this parking lot..Also they have fukin nonsense explanations to avoid to pay our claiming
