Why am i charged rm15 just for using debit card to get in, and another rm3 for exit. What the hell, can somebody please explain????
This happened to everyone too! After research there is a blog post saying that the RM 15 is like a deposit. And they will return the money after 3 days. This system is really stupid in my opinion! I really hope they change it.
How much overnight rate
i was charged RM15 for my entry. That alone is shocking as hell! Then i was charged for another RM11 for the exit. LIKE WHAT THE HELL am i paying RM26 for 3 hours parking ? Ive called the management and they said they’ve never heard about this lmao.
You should have a minimum of RM 20 on your TouchNGo card and that’s a bit annoying in my opinion.

Time In : 310pm
Masa masuk parking ni i dah touch card debit. tibe2 palang barrier tutup. tak sempat nk lalu. then ada sorang parking guy yg jaga dia touch card dekat exit.
So . i kne touch semula card untuk lalu palang ni. masa keluar paking dekat mesin tulis rm9
Bila i check transaction kne charge double.
1) rm 15
2) rm 15
please management settle this issue.
I entered the parking at 1230am 19/10/25 and exited at 6.10pm 20/10/25 , and I being charged rm48?!?! How it calculated? Ur parking rate table showing per day for weekend or public holiday is rm18/day, I parked for two days how it become rm48?? Please explain.
