yesterday i visit the mall & when go out from mall i am using aeon visa card to paid the parking. the machine show RM4 approve then reject & the palang is not open. then i change another tng card, & i try two time also same approve & reject. then we press the bell for customer services then only the palang is open. now i check the transaction the all 3 transaction is approved deduct from our visa card & tng card, Please check the time is 7 Sep 2025 15.46. we paid for 3 time RM4 total RM12. pls refund back the money RM8. pls email me for the vehicle plate number for verification. TQ
