Hye, i went to a seminar at ballroom DKSH- opthalmology today and was charged rm65 for parking with estimated time is only 3 hours plus. The parking rate display is only rm11 per entry. My mistake, i didnt validate my touch n go card at the reception as i was not informed earlier. By anyhow can i get explanation for the parking rate? Thank you
