On 14/12/22 i went for High tea at the restaurant. i enter parking about 2.30 and out about 6.30. when i exist the parking, the staff at parking post charge parking fees RM22 and she cant provide the receipt due to out of paper.
i not sure the calculation she charge me . i did not ask for detail because behind have car waiting
from wedsite charges i calculate , i cant get RM22
Please help to calculate.
As tourist spot, management allow parking staff collect payment without receipt , how to ensure the fees not taken by the staff
KL TOWER PARKING RATES IS CHEATING & UNFAIR !!!!!! I WAS TOLD THAT FOR THE FIRST HOUR UPON ENTRY IS RM5 & SUBSEQUENTLY RM3 FOR EVER HOUR TILL 6pm. 6pm ONWARDS IS RM8 ….. I ENTERED @ 2::26pm & LEFT 6:22pm & WAS CHARGED A WHOOPING RM22 !!!!!!!!! LADY AT THE COUNTER TOLD ME THAT AFTER 6pm THE MACHINE AUTO CHARGES RM8!!!!!!! WHAT BLARDY NONSENSE IS THIS CAN ANYONE PLS EXPLAIN TO ME ??!!!!! If lets say I enter at 5:30pm, following the logic i should be charged the rm5 rate for 1hr…. This means untill 6:30pm BUT IN MY REAL SITUATION AS WRITTEN ABOVE, THEY ADDED IN & SIMPLY CHARGED ME THE RM8 FLAT RATE FOR LEAVING AFTER 6pm AT 6:30pm !!!!!!! THIS IS ROBBERY AND I HOPE FOR A REPLY FROM KL TOWER MGT !!!!!!!!!
