Tips for a UTC visit
- Go early on a weekday. Counters such as JPN, Immigration and JPJ get busy from mid-morning, and a long queue adds to your parking bill (RM3 for every extra hour).
- Bring everything you need - IC, the old document if you’re renewing, and any forms - so you don’t have to come back and pay for parking twice.
- Take the train if you can. Plaza Rakyat LRT and Merdeka MRT stations are right next to Pudu Sentral.
