i would raise this doubt on the recent parking charges .
im using tng, parking less than 15mins, the system charged my tng card at RM5.30.
is this NEW rate for Tropika Bukit Jalil parking ? time of visitation to Tropika Bukit Jalil 1.19pm 20 Sept 2024
Hi same thing happened to me. I was there for 20 minutes and got charged RM5.30. If this is a new rate do update your signages.
Me too. Today I parked using my T&G from 3.33pm to 4.20pm and the system charged me RM5.30.
I met the same problem, saw the signage is RM 3 for 2 hours and came out less than 30mins. Was charged RM 5.30 as well

Since when the parking charges increase? I got queried when I saw the rate show at the touch tag machine.. I was the with an hour only.

Yes I was charged for RM5.30 on 23 September 2024 for less than 2 hours at Tropika Bukit Jalil.
Is anyone replying to our complaints?
They’ve raised the parking charges to RM5 for the first two hours.
Subsequent hours is still RM 1 per hour.
Been thr for 2hour, but charged for rm10.60
Is there a change in parking rate or system error?
When I enter the car park I saw the banner stated new parking rate from 2025 onwards is RM4 for first 2 hours. I park there for less than 2 hours, by the time I exit and the tng machine charged me RM8.48. WTF???? Where to contact the management?
Today 14th Mar 2025 7pm, saw the banner with updated parking rate first 2 hours at RM 4 instead of RM 3 on weekdays.
