Sunway Smart Parking
The Sunway Smart Parking system is a cashless and ticketless parking system to give a ticketless parking experience to its shopper. With this system, you do not need to retrieve and pay using a parking ticket when you enter and exit the parking lot.
You do not need to register your car plate when you enter Sunway Pyramid’s parking. Instead, the license plate recognition system at the entrance will automatically scan your car plate number into the system and open the boom gate. After that, you can park your car as per normal.
Once you’re done shopping, you just need to pay the parking fee using the payment method listed below before you leave. The license plate recognition system at the exit will detect your car number automatically after completed payment and open the boom gate.
Payment Methods
There are several payment options to pay for your parking fee in Sunway Pyramid.
- Online payment via Online Payment Portal. The system accepts payment by e-wallets (Grabpay, Boost & Touch ‘n Go e-wallet) and debit/credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard). Click here for a step-by-step guide on how to pay online.
- Offline payment at the Auto Pay Stations in the integrated carpark via cash, credit/debit card, or Touch ‘N Go e-wallet. You can find Auto Pay Stations at various locations in the mall.
- Touch ‘n Go Card readers at the exits. (10% surcharge imposed).
- Pay with Sunway Pals card points at the Sunway Pals Kiosk. You can find Sunway Pals Kiosks at various locations in the mall.
Preferred Parking
Sunway Pyramid’s preferred parking is at Level CP2 & B1. You don’t need a parking ticket to enter.
The parking rate for preferred parking is slightly higher. The parking rates are RM5 for the first 2 hours, and RM2 for every subsequent hour. There is no maximum daily parking fee at the preferred parking.
You can pay the parking fee as per the methods mentioned above.

You can reserve a parking spot on demand at Sunway Pyramid using ParkEasy! ParkEasy has equipped these reserved bays with Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers. Shoppers with EVs can charge while they shop! These reserved bays are in the preferred parking at level P2.
