Hi, I parked at ttdi open pasar from 2.30pm to 10.30pm (approximate) and was charged RM 40 for it. Legit? Or there’s a mishap. Please advise.

I was charged RM40 for 4 hours parking and this is ridiculous and it should be around RM7 if referring to the parking charges displayed at the entrance. I am not alone as another car behind me had the same issue, we need to top up our touch n go card in order to get out from the parking area.
I also had the same issue, i park from 1pm until 6pm rm40 have to pay. I use tng, and i have insufficient balance, now need to find place to top pup. But SERIOUSLY? After 4 hour they already charge RM40. Useless

On 18/11/21 about 10am, i parked my car at the open market parking. and was charged twice the penalty of RM50.00. Total RM100. Reason being the car in front of me couldn’t enter the car park because your system may be faulty. Your parking attendant manually opened the boom and i followed as well. Never swipe my TnG card. During exit time i was charged RM50 for penalty and i was not so sure why and i swiped again and it showed another RM50 penalty.
I went to your office and the lady said ok this be your last warning and she returned me RM50. I told her it was RM100, she insisted no such record. After i checked with TnG, it was deducted twice of RM50. I went back to see the lady again and she said the 2nd RM50 is penalty. She is not truthful. Agreed to return and change her mind. Why?

I went to TTDI wet market today and paid the parking using my visa pay wave but i get charged RM50!!!!! I just parked for about 1hr….. how possible it get charged for RM50?!?!?!

So I parked for 4hours, I know I had to pay rm40, but then the machine keeps saying my Tng does not have sufficient balances, while there is clearly have enough balances in my E-Wallet, in the end I had to use my Debit card to pay and it charges me an extra RM10!!! Please, if want to scam people money why don’t just go and steal? Most ridiculous parking system ever!

I parked at the TTDI wet market first using TNG card to enter the parking lot. Then when I returned after 2 hours and used my TNG card to exit it showed insufficient balance. So I decided to use my debit card instead and RM50 got deducted. Could anyone explain to me if this is the pre-authorize charge or a penalty?
I parked from 11am to 5pm and was charged RM40!!
