Please be informed that Residensi Vogue 1 is a private residential development, and the Management strictly prohibits the rental of parking bays to outsiders or non-residents. These unauthorised advertisements encourage non-residents to enter and utilise our private property, posing a significant security concern for our residents.
You are hereby instructed to immediately remove all advertisements relating to parking bays at Vogue Suites One from your platform and to cease publishing any future listings for our property unless prior written approval has been obtained from the Management.
Should you fail to comply with this request, the Management reserves all rights to take any further action deemed necessary to protect the interests and security of the property and its residents.
We expect your immediate action and written confirmation once all such listings have been removed.
