The Exchange TRX is KL’s newest big mall, and its car park is simple but not cheap: RM5 for the first hour on weekdays and RM4 for each hour after, up to RM40 a day. In the evening it’s a flat RM10. If you’re staying a while - shopping, working at TRX, or heading to an event on Jalan Tun Razak - a car park a short walk away can cost much less. Here are the options, with their current rates.

1. Menara RHB - about 400 m along Jalan Tun Razak
The cheapest checked option for a weekday visit: RM2 for the first hour and RM3 an hour after. The rates we have are for weekdays only.
2. TREC Kuala Lumpur - about 250 m, on Jalan Tun Razak
TREC, the food and nightlife hub next to the Royal Selangor Golf Club, has three car parks. On Sunday to Thursday the basement is RM4 for the first hour, then RM3, and the multi-level car park is a flat RM10 per entry. Friday, Saturday and public-holiday nights cost more, as TREC gets busy. These rates were last checked in February 2023, so check the board.
3. TSLAW open-air car park - about 300 m, Jalan Kamuning
An open car park on Jalan Kamuning, Imbi: RM3 an hour on weekdays with a RM12 daily maximum, and a flat RM6 at weekends. Last checked in December 2022.
4. Menara Affin @ TRX - inside the TRX district
An office tower car park within TRX itself. RM5 an hour on weekdays, but only RM2.50 an hour at weekends, with a RM9 flat rate for weekend evenings from 6pm. Last checked in September 2024.

Wisma SPS, Jalan Imbi - about 850 m
The best weekend deal near TRX: a flat RM5 if you enter after 8am and leave before 10pm on Saturday or Sunday. On weekdays it’s RM3 an hour (capped at RM36), or a flat RM4 if you enter after 3pm and leave before 10pm.
Berjaya Times Square - about 950 m
The cheapest place to leave the car all day: RM3 an hour, capped at RM15 on weekdays and RM18 at weekends. The monorail at Imbi station is right outside.
Tips for parking near TRX
- Going in the evening? TRX’s own RM10 flat rate from 5pm is hard to beat for dinner or a movie, so there’s no need to park elsewhere.
- Working at TRX? Ask your building management about season parking, which is far cheaper than paying by the hour every day.
- Take the train: TRX MRT station (Kajang and Putrajaya lines) is connected to the mall. If you live near an MRT park-and-ride, that’s often the cheapest way in.
- Walking distances are approximate (straight line). Allow 5-10 minutes for the Jalan Tun Razak car parks and 10-15 minutes for Wisma SPS and Berjaya Times Square.
